Mercury Marine, the world’s leading manufacturer of recreational marine engines, recently announced a new brand message and global advertising campaign focused on enhancing the boating experience.
The campaign, “Go Boldly”, aims to inspire confidence while capturing the high level of excitement and energy that can come from owning a Mercury engine.
“Our job at Mercury Marine is to empower boaters to enjoy their time on the water and create life-long memories,” said Anthony Brown, Mercury Marine Marketing Manager.
“Go Boldly embodies that pursuit of adventure and excitement, to go further than you have gone before, to try something new, to catch that fish of a lifetime. Mercury helps create those memories for everyone – boaters, fishers, skiers, families – everyone who enjoys boating.”
To capture this essence, Mercury has created a Go Boldly video and enhanced web presence which show off the spirit of self-assurance it wants boaters around the world to embrace.
The new campaign will soon be seen in various forms of media across the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific (ANZP) region, and will feature in Mercury’s displays throughout the 2017 boat show season.
“Go Boldly is certainly going to grab people’s attention – whatever sort of boat you have – because it taps into all those emotions we all feel when you spend time on the water,” Anthony said.
“That’s what we want to provide at Mercury – not just an engine, but an experience time after time.”
